iMOX Content Creator Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and Application

1.1 These Terms and Conditions for Content Creators (“Content Creator Terms and Conditions”) apply to all individuals or entities registered as content creators on the iMOX Store.

1.2 By registering as a content creator on the iMOX Store, you acknowledge and agree as follows:
1.2.1 You accept these Content Creator Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time, which form an integral part of the iMOX Store Terms of Use.
1.2.2 You may be required to expressly confirm your acceptance of these Content Creator Terms and Conditions by clicking the acceptance button (such electronic confirmation shall constitute an original signature), and/or by signing a physical copy if required under the applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
1.2.3 You are solely responsible for all taxes due within the Arab Republic of Egypt in connection with the income you generate. iMOX shall not be responsible for collecting or remitting any taxes arising under or in relation to this agreement.

2. Content Creator Account

2.1 Upon registering as a content creator on the iMOX Store, you will be entitled to upload videos, provided such videos comply with the Content Creator Policy.

2.2 All videos uploaded by content creators are subject to review and approval by iMOX, at its sole discretion, prior to publication.

2.3 You shall be solely responsible for your account and the content uploaded under it. In particular, you agree to:
2.3.1 Respond promptly to customer comments received on the application.
2.3.2 Regularly update your content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
2.3.3 Upload videos that provide an experience, review, or evaluation of a product or service.

3. Products and Services

3.1 Only products and services that fall within the categories defined by iMOX may be listed on the iMOX Store.

3.2 You are strictly prohibited from advertising, purchasing, selling, or supplying any of the following via the iMOX Store:
3.2.1 Products or services that violate any applicable laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights, or that could give rise to claims under any applicable legal system.
3.2.2 Products or services that include or contain materials in violation of the Content Rules set out in the General Terms and Conditions of iMOX.
3.2.3 Products or services relating to drugs, narcotics, stimulants, controlled substances, pornography, obscene or sexually explicit materials, swords, firearms, weapons of any kind, ammunition, or any other products/services prohibited under the Prohibited and Restricted Products Policy, as updated from time to time in accordance with applicable laws.

4. Commissions and Fees

4.1 Commissions shall be calculated solely based on activities conducted on your account and on videos uploaded by you, as follows:

• USD 0.001 per view*
• USD 0.005 per like
• USD 0.006 per comment*
• USD 0.01 per share*
• USD 0.01 per follow (applies exclusively to your profile)*

*Commissions are payable only for genuine activities, with one commission per user per activity.

4.2 Commissions will accrue to your account in USD; however, withdrawals shall be made exclusively in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) at the prevailing exchange rate set by Banque Misr on the withdrawal date.

4.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is USD 10. The maximum withdrawal amount is USD 50.

4.4 Payments shall be transferred to your bank account with a bank licensed to operate in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

4.5 Content creators are entitled to withdraw commissions only once during their use of the iMOX application.

4.6 Transfer fees shall be borne by iMOX.

4.7 iMOX reserves the right to amend commissions and/or fees from time to time by updating the Commissions and Fees page on the Content Creator Account. Such amendments shall not affect commissions earned prior to the update, or services already paid for.
